Utilizing sustainably and ethically sourced metal, glass, and gold, Zangar creates jewelry with an interdisciplinary approach on an intimate scale. Each piece is a sculpture made for installation and activation on the human body.

Zangar is a NYC based Jewelry brand tracing its roots in Iran. As “Zangar” means verdigris, in Persian (زنگار), the new website design draws inspiration from the multicolored patina that forms on copper and bronze surfaces, while at the same time drawing parallels to the concept of time, with two signature gradients representing dawn and dusk.

The website is sectioned per material with one interactive experience introducing each one. The design was implemented and coded from scratch in Shopify Liquid, constituted of a time-sensitive landing page with a color palette that shifts subtly throughout the day, the product grid, and the product and collection pages
