An interactive triptych based on the poem “I am not I” by Juan Ramon Jimenez, prompting the viewer to take a look deeper within themselves, while becoming and active part of the poster.

Using Jimenez’s poem as a starting point, the posters explore the concept of the metaphorical entrapment within one’s own identity. Coded in JavaScript, a video feed is processed in real-time through Google’s MediaPipe Body-Pose-Estimation model, detecting the commuters’ body movements. The moment a person enters the poster’s field of view, they become an active participant, with their silhouette revealing the poem as they move their body, arms, and head.

The project has also received recognition, being awarded at the 2024 GRD Magazine Young Designers Competition in the “Student Works” category.
